About Me

Guiding Growth, Building Brighter Futures

Hello there! I'm Jianne, a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with a passion for fostering positive transformations in the lives of individuals and families touched by autism.

Professional Journey

In my most recent roles in Toronto, Canada, I had the privilege of bringing a holistic approach to Applied Behaviour Analysis, (ABA) by integrating a variety of practices including Natural Environment Teaching (NET)
in center, home, and school settings. Previous to that, I have worked in a variety of roles including manager and BCBA for group-based programs and supervising therapist and BCBA for one-on-one Intensive Behavioural Intervention therapy.

I have had the opportunity to work with interdisciplinary professionals, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, social workers, teachers, daycare workers, parents, and caregivers.

My commitment extends beyond the therapeutic realm. I created and led an evidence-based yoga group for children, where clients expanded their social-emotional regulation and friendship skills. Additionally, I have a certification in Organizational Behavioural Management, which uses ABA for assessing and changing the work environment to improve employee performance and workplace culture.

My Values

My mission is twofold. First, to disseminate my knowledge and second to enhance the lives of individuals through evidence-based practices with a particular focus on nurturing independence and life skills in any setting.  I aim to empower educators, parents, and communities in the Middle East to work together to ensure that every child, regardless of their unique needs, has the opportunity to reach their full potential. My approach centers on a holistic, compassionate perspective to truly support what your family wants and needs.

Empowering families and professionals with personalized, holistic ABA consulting services for neurodiverse children is what I strive for. Online or in-person, I provide tailored support in homes, centers, schools, and daycares. More than just a service provider, I am committed, to supporting, and inspiring the guiding growth in clients to build a positive future.
